Please update your Office 2016 to the latest version ,make sure it is “click to run” or “MSI”. We have been having this issue for the past 3 months or so. We obviously can't have reboot as a permanent fix for this, for now the workaround is for users to use the virtualized App-v Lync 2010, but i would like to have this fixed on 2016 so its consistent. Having this random issue and the only fix is to reboot the machine having the issue, then it starts working. Everything is the same everywhere, same image, same policies, same settings, even same audio devices, but Skype 2016 is the only application Everything works except Skype for business 2016, sometimes.Īnyone have any idea what to do?
